Canossian Awards

The Canossian Alumni Association sponsors the following awards annually to recognise exemplary students in our Canossian schools.

St Magdalene Award

The St Magdalene Award is given to each Canossian school for the student who have demonstrated a holistic development in the areas of Character, Leadership and Service.

Award:
– $600 with trophy for the secondary school
– $300 with trophy for the primary schools and Canossian School

St Bakhita Award

The St Bakhita Award is given to graduating students who have overcome personal difficulties to succeed in school.

Award:
– $500 with trophy for the secondary school
– $250 with trophy for the primary schools and Canossian School

Canossian Spirit Award

The Canossian Spirit Award is given to students who demonstrate positive character and outstanding personal qualities. Each student receives a trophy.

Canossian Affiliation Award

This is awarded to encourage Primary Six students to continue their Canossian education at St Anthony’s Canossian Secondary School. Cash award of $200 is given to one student each from Canossa Catholic Primary School and St Anthony’s Canossian Primary School who has obtained the highest PSLE T-score (minimum cut-off point is 235) and has opted for SACSS as the first choice in the secondary school selection.
