CAA 38th Annual General Meeting

Over 40 guests consisting of CAA ordinary members, Provincial Sisters along with the principals of the 4 schools (SACPS, CCPS, SACSS & CS) and teachers attended the AGM at CCPS. There were also 6 girls from the graduating class attending to understand what the CAA was all about. Here's a pictorial run down of that day.

The CCPS "Tourists"

In the 90 minute meeting, an update of a vibrant year was presented by Vice President, Joan Teo Li Sian. Financial report by Treasurer Catherine Ng showed a healthy bottom line that is poised to further grow with revenue generating initiatives. Asst Treasurer Martina Wong & President Veronica Tan presented the proposed constitution changes and gave an overview of developments at the CAA, respectively. These  included that ex-students of the Canossian School will be able to join the CAA as ordinary members; teachers be given associate memberships, an increased cash amount for the St Magdalene and St Bakhita award winners. 

Other work in progress includes piloting the Youth Membership, Partnering the Schools, launching an upcoming website on a mobile friendly platform and providing online payment gateways for donations, events and a potential online shop. Apart from the agenda, the guests were treated to a tea reception and a tour of the newly upgraded premises at CCPS.
